The solar radiation, the clean and inexhaustible energy source is the main axis around which STIBETHERM S.A. rotates for the last 34 years. The company is an industrial unit based in Kilkis and housed in its own premises on 13.000 sqm. on an 27.000 sqm. plot. It was founded as STIEBEL ELTRON HELLAS SA, in the year 1974 by the STIEBEL ELTRON INTERNATIONAL GMBH / GERMANY for the production and marketing of solar thermal systems. 

With 60 years experience in the field of hot water, which the German company had, it equipped the Greek company with the appropriate expertise creating a leader in the field of solar thermal systems in greece. As a result it the company established quickly a seat in the Greek and the European Market.

In 2000 the company was bought by ELITHERM SA, leading company in the field of heating and plastic profiles. In the last years, from 2000 until today there have been invested more than 3 million Euros in equipment making the company into a vertically integrated plant producing solar water heaters, solar collectors and photovoltaic panels (modules).

The photovoltaic panels are manufactured with the help of a modern automatic production line from Japan that was installed in the year 2009 in STIBETHERM. The final product quality control is conducted in four phases of the production process and in this way the solar modules are produced with excellent quality that competes equally with all modules in the world, from Europe and from China.

 STIBETHERM produces and distributes its products in several countries including Germany, Italy, Spain, Syria, Morocco, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, etc.

Faithful to the traditions of German quality, the company meets the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2000, and its products meet the standards CE, DIN, ELOT, ISO 9459 - 2, ISO 9806-1, ISO 9806-2, EN 12975 -2, EN12976-2.
