25 Buildings of residences (multistory and maisonette), which allocate 435 residences of total clean surface 33.130 sqm. The planning and the costruction of Solar Village became with the collaboration of Ministry of Development, Organisation of Working Residence and Ministry of Research and Technology of Federal Republic of Germany.

-The domestic hot water is produced in each building by central systems of solar collectors. The collectors are placed on the roofs, the reservoirs , the pumps and the automation systems are in the boiling rooms. The heat transfered form the collectors to the storage tanks by the use of flat plate heat exchangers.

-In the Solar Village have neem installed 6 basic types of energy systems. For space heating and domestic hot water there are 17 different combinations of pumps of heat and solar collectors.

-The energy savings calculated between 45-90% depending on the system.
